Careers in SAP have many barriers to entry

SAP is the most popular ERP software vendor in the market place and as such many people want a career using and configuring the software. A major problem though s that there is a large barrier to entry that many people struggle with. People often go to great expenses in training themselves on a certain aspect of SAP software only to later find that this is not enough.

To get your career started in SAP you need more than just the initial training. Quite often you need to be willing to start in a different type of business role where you get exposure to using the SAP system. This can give you the start you need to then move on into a development or business analyst type role.

Why am I writing this?

I have been working in the IT industry for the last 20 years or so and the last 10 have been working with SAP software. I am going to be starting an ABAP tutorial that will not cost you a penny.
